SYNOPSIS:
After a fake-out opening in which the cursed VHS '80s slasher Acid Wash is being watched by a kid and his babysitter, the three masked killers contained therein break into the real world and kill everyone in the house. Meanwhile, teenager Justine and her friends hang out in the nearby woods.
The trio of masked killers attacks Justine and her friends in a shocking raid on their campsite, taking numerous victims on the escape back to Justine's home nearby, where her parents are. A violent RV crash through the front of Justine's house scatters the survivors.
Justine's friends discover the VHS from which the killers came and are confused and dismayed to see themselves on the box art for the movie, sealing their fates. As more victims fall prey, Justine comes to realize her own role in the horrors of the night, coming to terms with an evil she knows all too well.
