SYNOPSIS:
On the post-apocalyptic Earth, the surface is scorched, and the skies are covered with a thick layer of dust. The water has retreated to the poles and turned to ice. Survivors hide underground, unaware of what caused the apocalypse. Long after the incident, humanity is trying to return to the surface, unaware of a secret struggle between a powerful and advanced religious human organization, CROSS, capable of genetic augmentations and behavioral manipulations, and a group of mysterious, god-like creatures called the Magicians, who possess seemingly supernatural powers, while the Earth itself is on the brink of destruction.
The show centers on one of these creatures, a mysterious figure named Omega, who has a personal vendetta against CROSS. Omega is getting close to uncovering a network of secret labs and CROSS operatives that use humans as lab rats, conducting various genetic experiments with the sole purpose of creating superhumans capable of challenging the Magicians.
Omega is racing against the clock to destroy CROSS, recover powerful artifacts that CROSS stole from the Magicians, help humans rising to the surface, and prevent Earth's destruction by a massive merging galaxy, whose gigantic black hole is already dangerously close to the planet.
On his journey, Omega hides his true identity and encounters humans in need of help, victims of CROSS experiments, and superhumans sent to hunt the Magicians. With each step, he gets closer to achieving his goal, before it’s too late. Omega will use all his skills and tricks, including exploiting human weaknesses and predisposition to superstition, in order to gain the upper hand.
The show will reveal the origins of the Magicians—where they came from, who they are, how their initial alliance with CROSS was broken, and what they want from Earth.
